Graphics Glitches In The Latest MacBooks

It is being reported widely today that some MacBook users are seeing graphics glitches in the lastest MacBooks.

The issues center around a flickering and/or washed out graphics in QuickTime movies, text or images when in applications using Apple’s WebKit, including Safari, Mail, and NetNewsWire.

It appears that the issue is related to a driver fault and is hoped to be fixed in the next OS X update, version 10.5.3.

However, unless you use any of the aforementioned programs you are not likely to notice any problems and hopefully when the next build is rolled out the glitch will be fixed.
